Carving pumpkins!
Don’t you think these pictures show their personalities very clearly?!
Special note to Auntie Sharon…I’d forgotten all the husge festivities surounding this holiday here! Everything we did I kept saying ‘Sharon would love this!’

This was outside our back door early one morning! I grabbed my camera and wished I gotten more pictures!!!
This was the same morning.
I am truely lovign being in Indiana and seeing some more extreme weather. I learned long ago to cherish each moment where I am at. LOVE IT!!
We love these two little puppies!
They are as crazy as can be, but at night they snuggle up with us and watch the TV or play on the laptop!
I’ve been searching the internet with Swagbuck for a while now and get FREE STUFF!!! My current favorite is FREE STARBUCKS! It is pumpkin spice lattee season after all!

It was Autumn’s birthday a couple weeks ago and Evan took this picture for Autumn and I to go in a frame that I bought her! Since I’m rarely on this side of the camera I thought I’d share & prove that I am still alive!
It is fall break here yesterday - tomorrow, so we are hoping to get out and do a few things like the zoo and the children’s museem since we have passes for both that we bought earlier in the year. Both have Halloween themes going on this month! (Sharon, I thought of you and knew you’d love that!)
They ‘presented’ each of the Seniors at he last football game.
Abigail handed Uncle Sam his balloons and gift

So driving along US highway 31 today in the grassy middle divide alive and walking was this…
I just about crashed looking at this coyote!! WOW WOW WOW!!!
Well I have slept something like the majority of the last 17 hours! I feeling much better now thank heaven. I did miss Sam’s game last night, however. If I had gone I would have gone with David and seen this on the way home.
You must click on the picture to make it bigger! & thanks David for turning around to take pictures!
Since living here one thing we have experience is many different types of wildlife! A neighbor came running over the other week telling us to get the dogs in a Bald Eagle had been spotted on the roofs of the neighborhood!
We heard coyotes howling this spring and one morning David told us that they were so close to our house the night before that it was kinda scary (this is probably what happened to our dear cat Chloe!) Ok, David said it was cool, but I’m going for scary! He closes at a pub, so often gets home around 2.30am when the coyotes are active.
Graham was driving to work this spring and had to stop as in the middle of the road was a fawn! He knew the mum would be close by, so cars in both directions stopped as to avoid hitting the fawn or mum!
Two weeks ago driving home from Sam’s football game I saw two racoons chasing eachother across the road.
So far in the basment window wells we have had mice and rabbits trapped and about 2 weeks ago David left the basement window open over night because he had been mudding (like plastering) and he heard a ‘plop’ in the middle of the night. He got up to look and nearly stepped on this….
It is also not uncommon to see hawks, turkery vultures, yellow finches, cardinals, blue jays and all manor of other birds!
Both Abigail and Jacob gave up napping very early soemwhere between 18 and 24 months. However, Sunday afternoons have seen an interesting development at the Richards Residence…..
This sight has greeted me the last couple Sundays! Last Sunday Graham was in Arizona leading a retreat and the house suddenly went dead quiet I ran around shouting for the kiddies and about the moment I was about to freak out I ran into my room and it was a case of ‘who’s ben sleeping in my bed? And their still in it!’
